Located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD, Spring Street Tower is a prominent commercial high-rise. For years, the building’s concrete roof had been a point of failure, threatening the high-value commercial office spaces below.
The roof had become a patchwork of temporary fixes. Multiple contractors had attempted repairs, but leaks persisted due to the failure of traditional membrane joints and the complexity of the building’s aging substrate.
We implemented a high-performance, spray-applied polyurea system to create a monolithic, impenetrable barrier and advanced seamless membrane application for permanent moisture protection.
Stripping back failed “patch” repairs and preparing the concrete for maximum adhesion.
Application of a seamless, fully bonded membrane that eliminates weak points like joints and laps.
Utilizing a system designed to handle thermal movement, ponding water, and harsh UV exposure.
